
Job description
This role is responsible for the high-velocity execution of day-to-day site soft services operations. The Facilities Manager will own the service delivery lifecycle, ensuring that vendors perform at peak efficiency and that every client request is met with urgency and precision.
Monitor contract lifecycles, audit contracts for maximum ROI, identify and close performance gaps, implement benchmarking and operational standards, and build high-trust relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have extensive FM experience in tech or multinational sectors, operational grip, and the ability to remain calm and decisive in rapidly changing environments.
