Facility Manager - Technical

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and functionality of buildings and grounds, ensuring facilities are safe, efficient, compliant with regulations, and well-maintained to support employees, visitors, and organizational operations.

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day facility operations, including buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations
• Manage vendor contracts (cleaning, security, HVAC, landscaping, utilities, etc.)
• Develop and manage facility budgets and control operating costs
• Coordinate space planning, office moves, and renovations
• Monitor utilities usage and implement energy-efficiency initiatives
• Respond to facility emergencies and implement contingency plans
• Maintain accurate records, inspections, and maintenance reports
• Supervise facility staff and contractors as required
