Global Occupancy Planning Lead

We are hiring a Global Occupancy Planning Lead to manage space portfolios, client and stakeholder relationships, and business development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 10-15 years of experience in corporate real estate, with a focus on space/occupancy planning and interior office renovations. The position involves advanced skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and CAFM/IWMS systems, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Project management experience
• Strategic planning and tactical planning
• Understanding of workplace mobility and strategy
• Ability to analyze and manage multiple data sources
• Proficiency in CAFM Systems (Nuvolo)
• Experience with space planning and utilization studies
