Lead Mechanic

The Lead Mechanic at JLL is responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation and safety of all building systems and equipment. The role requires technical expertise, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in a lead or supervisory maintenance role
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Capacity to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity for maintenance tasks
• Skill with electric hand tools and maintenance equipment
