Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager position will lead a multi-site team of maintenance associates, supervise Area Maintenance Managers, and ensure a safe working environment. The role involves supporting the Operations team, developing innovative solutions, and handling multiple projects and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• 5+ years' experience in the distribution or manufacturing field with equivalent experience in the mechanical or electrical field
• Ability to develop and maintain a partnership and communicate effectively with Safety, Operations, Engineering, Sr. Management, peers, contractors and vendors
