Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview

As a Maintenance Supervisor at JLL, you will lead 3rd shift facilities operations for a critical manufacturing facility, ensuring the safe and efficient performance of all building systems while managing a skilled maintenance team.

What You Will Do

Review and maintain shift turnover logbook, conduct daily meetings, conduct daily safe operating tours, supervise maintenance team, and monitor operational budget.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management with technical emphasis
• 2 - 3 years of industry experience in a supervisory role managing facilities operations and maintenance teams
• Proficiency in CMMS systems (Maximo preferred) for work order management, preventative maintenance scheduling, and documentation
• Strong knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems with ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
• Demonstrated interpersonal and management skills with proven ability to lead teams, manage contractors, and coordinate vendor relationships
