Multi Skilled Technician

JLL is looking for a Multi Skilled Technician to perform maintenance, repair, and operational tasks across building systems to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient workplace. The role requires expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, with a major skill in HVAC with NCII certificate.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or building services
• Valid TESDA NC II Certification for HVAC
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar facilities or maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
