Occupancy Planner

As an Occupancy Planner at JLL, you'll play a critical role in optimizing clients' workspaces by developing site and campus-level planning solutions. You'll analyze space availability, workplace conditions, and headcount projections to ensure all sites meet client standards while maximizing efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact how organizations utilize their physical environments, creating workspaces that enhance productivity and support business objectives.

Requirements

• Strong relationship building and customer service skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in space planning scenarios
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS systems and space data management
• Understanding of tactical planning principles and workplace standards
• Familiarity with AI tools and integrating them into workflows and deliverables
