
Job description
The Occupancy Planner-B4 will develop space plans, test fits, and occupancy scenarios to support various business needs and initiatives. They will support clients' workplace strategy, conduct occupancy studies, and assist in creating move plans and sequencing for office relocations and reconfigurations.
Generate regular occupancy reports, collect and maintain accurate occupancy data, and assist in creating move plans and sequencing for office relocations and reconfigurations.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years of experience in occupancy planning, and strong analytical skills. They will be proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
