Occupancy Planner-B4

Role Overview

The Occupancy Planner-B4 will develop space plans, test fits, and occupancy scenarios to support various business needs and initiatives. They will support clients' workplace strategy, conduct occupancy studies, and assist in creating move plans and sequencing for office relocations and reconfigurations.

Generate regular occupancy reports, collect and maintain accurate occupancy data, and assist in creating move plans and sequencing for office relocations and reconfigurations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in occupancy planning, space management, or related field
• Familiarity with workplace strategy concepts and hybrid work environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
• AutoCAD skill will be preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on developing strong presentation abilities and executive presence
