As a Sourcing Specialist at JLL, you'll manage the complete sourcing lifecycle, conduct sourcing analyses, negotiate and implement supplier agreements, and champion innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of procurement or sourcing experience in a corporate environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct sourcing analyses and deliver data-driven recommendations
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
