Project Manager-Construction

Role Overview

JLL is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Fresno County, California, supporting critical infrastructure projects in the Big Creek and Shaver Lake areas. This role involves managing day-to-day project management activities across multiple assignments, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and requiring independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload.

What You Will Do

Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments, develop scope and schedule for assigned projects, identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget, and scope, and coordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals (RFPs).

Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle construction project management experience
• Ability to prepare and track budgets
• Understanding of technical requirements for business relocation, construction, and renovation projects
• Able to adapt and prioritize meeting deadlines in a fast-paced team or independent environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license
