Project Manager – Construction

The Project Manager – Construction role at JLL will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across various facilities. The ideal candidate will have moderate experience and be ready to take ownership of projects while continuing to grow their leadership and technical skills.

Requirements

• Manage construction project lifecycles from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Support procurement and vendor selection processes.
• Participate in site meetings and oversee on-site activities as needed.
• Assist in sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
