
Job description
The Receptionist will be responsible for front desk operations, resident services, visitor and contractor management, administrative support, and customer service. The role will be based in Bangkok, THA, and will involve working with residents, visitors, contractors, and stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships.
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting residents, visitors, and contractors, managing the reception area, answering phone calls, providing information, and assisting residents with general inquiries and requests. They will also be responsible for registering and monitoring visitor access, maintaining visitor logs, and supporting communication between residents and the management office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to maintain confidentiality of resident information and building records.
