Research Analyst

The Research Analyst will join the JLL Research team in Edmonton to build and continue to elevate a best-in-class research program that differentiates JLL. You will have primary responsibility for collecting and analyzing data, maintaining and constantly elevating the quality of our data, and working with the Research team as well as the Edmonton industrial and office Brokerage teams to present data in a compelling way.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• Strong organizational, data collection, validation and auditing skills
• Analytical skills, problem-solving ability and written and oral communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to execute and professionally meet client expectations and positively represent the firm
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
