Senior Occupancy Planner

As a Senior Occupancy Planner at JLL, you will be responsible for fostering partnerships with clients to cultivate innovative space solutions, ensuring consistent delivery of planning services, and effectively managing and reporting occupancy data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field
• 5 to 7 years work experience in occupancy or space planning at a strategic level
• Proficient in AutoCAD, CAFM/IWMS database, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team
