Senior Occupancy Planner

As a Senior Occupancy Planner at JLL, you will support clients' occupancy strategy and space management, partnering with Portfolio Strategy and the Client's Strategic Planning team. You will analyze occupancy and attendance metrics, develop occupancy scenarios, and track projected versus actual headcount. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5-8 years of experience in corporate real estate, with proficiency in CAFM systems and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-8 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level
• Proficient in CAFM systems and Bluebeam
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong Project Management skills and mindset
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and ambiguous work settings
