Senior Occupancy Planner

As a Senior Occupancy Planner, you will provide strategic occupancy planning expertise for our client's portfolio, leveraging a deep understanding of our client’s space supply and demand to develop effective scenarios and occupancy plans.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in occupancy planning tools and methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and complex calculations.
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS software, preferably TRIRIGA
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to problem analysis.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with an ability to build positive working relationships across organizational levels.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with numerical data and spatial concepts.
