Senior Payroll Analyst

We're seeking an accomplished Senior Payroll Analyst to support Canadian payroll operations, drive compliance excellence, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive Canadian payroll experience with demonstrated multi-provincial expertise
• PLP certification required
• Expert-level understanding of Canadian federal/provincial employment legislation, payroll regulations, and tax compliance
• Strong experience with enterprise payroll systems (Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce)
• Expert Excel skills including pivot tables and advanced formulas
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and influence stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail with superior organizational skills
