Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring seamless facility operations during assigned shifts at a healthcare campus, overseeing the maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems while serving as the primary facilities liaison to clinical departments and hospital services.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years facilities operations experience in healthcare or similarly complex environments
• Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster collaboration between trades and shifts
