Technical Manager (Cikarang)

The Technical Manager provides day-to-day oversight and management of data center facilities engineers, responsible for monitoring, maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems, mechanical systems, fire systems, and other aspects to maintain availability, reliability, and customer SLA. The role involves leading a team, creating and maintaining documentation, and preparing reports. The job is based in Cikarang, Jakarta, Indonesia.

Requirements

• Day-to-day oversight and management of data center facilities engineers
• Leading a team of Mechanical, Electrical, Control, Fire System, Warranty/DLP engineers
• Creation and maintenance of published documentation
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Maintenance schedule for equipment
• Metric Achievement reliability, MTTR and MTBF
• Preparing and maintaining technical escalation workflow
• Plant proposal improvement and modification
• Draft RCA for Incident, failure or asset breakdown
• Monitoring and collecting data
• Create HSE weekly report and monthly report
• Create report for client base on periodic basis
• Monitoring capacity planning
• Hiring and training for technical engineer and operation team
• Provide direction to team
• Coordinate and make schedule for meetings
• Manage HR IS process among the technical team section
• Manage Building and Facilities Certifications and coordinate with DATA CENTER OWNER Technical team
