Technical Manager

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Manager to oversee technical operations for our commercial property portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial/industrial facilities
• Proven experience with GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) substation operations and maintenance
• Expert knowledge in operation and maintenance of: Transformers (66 kVA and various capacities), DG Sets (Diesel Generator Sets), HT/LT Panels (High Tension/Low Tension electrical panels)
• Advanced proficiency in CAM (Common Area Maintenance) Energy budget management
• Strong data analysis capabilities for electrical equipment energy consumption monitoring and optimization
