Requirements

• 8-10 years' experience in a related engineering or manufacturing environment
• Strong ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical and scientific documentation
• Experience writing reports, handovers, and technical documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and management
• Proven hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of high-volume, high-reliability manufacturing equipment and processes
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation and process records
