Head of Sales Forex / CFD Brokerage

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our team in the MENA Region within the forex industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
• 5–10+ years of experience in forex, CFD, or financial services sales
• At least 3–5 years in a senior management or leadership role
• Strong understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5), forex products, and leverage trading
• Proven track record of hitting high revenue targets in MENA markets
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and retail trading clients
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred
