Requirements
- Speak Danish on a mother tongue level and be fluent in English (B2)
- Experience with customer care is a plus
- Good understanding of and be good at handling computers
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and identify the right information
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, and be service-oriented, professional, and thorough
