
Job description
As a customer support agent for this iGaming company, you will be dealing with answering emails and chats about online banking. You will help customers via email, chat, and sometimes by phone, and perform ID checks when new players create an account.
Helping customers via email, chat, and sometimes by phone, handling questions about promotions and customers who want to deposit/withdraw money, have forgotten their password, want to update their payment method, etc.
You will have the possibility of working in a multicultural environment and working together with colleagues from all over the world. You will also have the opportunity to work in varying shifts and have a good work-life balance.
