What You Will Do

Drive execution of critical platform initiatives, foster a culture of ownership and accountability, guide architectural discussions, build and enhance internal developer platforms, and partner with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience within infrastructure, platform engineering, developer tooling, or related technical domains
• 4+ years of people management experience, including hiring, mentoring, coaching, and performance development
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in distributed systems, platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale engineering environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead system design discussions and evaluate architectural trade-offs across complex technical ecosystems
• Experience building and maintaining internal developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, observability systems, deployment tooling, or configuration management solutions
• Proven track record of translating technical objectives and user needs into strategic roadmaps and successful product delivery
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering, developer experience optimization, and operational best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, product, and leadership teams
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to long-term platform health and team success
• Experience working with open-source technologies and modern cloud-native infrastructure
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments while balancing strategic planning with execution
