Onboarding Project Manager

Role Overview

This role is central to ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience for enterprise clients across complex ERP environments. You will lead end-to-end onboarding projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver structured, high-quality implementations.

Lead and manage end-to-end client onboarding projects, define project scope, timelines, roles, and responsibilities, identify and mitigate project risks, and maintain accurate project tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, consulting, or ERP implementation projects
• Strong background in managing complex client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and global delivery components
• Proven experience in escalation management, risk mitigation, and delivering projects under tight timelines in high-pressure environments
• Solid understanding of ERP systems and implementation/upgrade lifecycle processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, as well as CRM platforms like Salesforce
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
