Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

This role is designed for a highly organized and proactive operator who thrives in fast-moving, multi-location environments. You will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operational systems run smoothly across a growing restaurant franchise network.

What You Will Do

Manage and maintain core operational systems, oversee daily operational inputs, monitor inventory submissions, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in operations, coordination, account management, or similar roles in fast-paced environments
• Strong English communication skills (C1/C2 level, written and spoken)
• Experience managing or coordinating multi-location, multi-account, or franchise-style operations
• Proficiency with operational and project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
• Ability to quickly learn and manage multiple systems including POS, inventory, LMS, and delivery platforms
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Excellent written communication skills for cross-team coordination and reporting
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose improvements
