Role Overview

Contribute to the evolution of a global product focused on wellbeing, working within a multidisciplinary squad responsible for core user journeys. Support the design execution of high-quality interfaces, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility across the Booking experience.

What You Will Do

Deliver high-quality UI designs, prepare and maintain structured design files in Figma, assist in defining and documenting accessibility specifications, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and contribute to maintaining and improving the visual quality of the Booking user experience.

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in Product Design or UI Design, preferably in digital products, tech, or startups.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including file organization, component usage, and design handoff preparation.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on visual consistency and interface quality.
• Interest in Design Systems and scalable UI practices.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with designers, engineers, and product teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks and documentation with precision.
• Ability to read and write in English for documentation, accessibility specs, and design handoffs.
