
Job description
This role is focused on making AI tools practical, secure, and widely adopted across an organization by embedding them directly into real business workflows. The position blends technical execution with deep user empathy, ensuring tools don’t just exist but are actually used effectively by non-technical teams.
Evaluate, select, and deploy AI tools and platforms, identify high-impact workflows, configure and maintain AI tooling infrastructure, build lightweight scripts and integrations, reduce friction for non-technical users, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, IT, product enablement, or technical operations roles, a strong understanding of modern AI tooling, and experience deploying or managing tools in secure or compliance-sensitive environments.
