Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a central role in delivering and optimizing global digital solutions within the Health, Safety & Environment and Risk Management domains. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for global clients.

Manage and support the implementation of global digital products and solutions, analyze complex datasets, identify opportunities for automation, and collaborate with distributed, cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in data-focused roles
• At least 3 years of experience working in consulting organizations or client-facing project delivery roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies such as Databricks and MongoDB
• Advanced experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization platforms
• Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, and Jira for analysis, reporting, and project management
• Understanding of ETL processes and basic familiarity with machine learning concepts
• Ability to write and use AI prompts to support and optimize analytical and operational tasks
• Experience in unit testing, QA processes, and data validation activities
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and data storytelling capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments
• Fluent professional English is required; additional European language skills are a plus
