Role Overview

This role is part of a high-impact engineering team building modern, AI-augmented SaaS solutions designed to improve operational outcomes in complex, data-driven environments. The Software Engineer works within a small, fast-moving delivery trio, collaborating closely with a Product Owner and a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and ship full-stack features.

What You Will Do

Build, test, and deliver full-stack features end-to-end, leverage AI-powered development tools daily, collaborate closely with Product Owners and Senior Engineers, and take ownership of operational responsibilities for assigned product areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack development in production environments
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js, React, HTML/CSS, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Ability to design database schemas, write efficient queries, and build responsive, accessible user interfaces
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of daily engineering workflows
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and concurrency
• Experience working in agile or continuous delivery environments with frequent deployments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical trade-offs and collaborate effectively across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
