Role Overview

This role is a key enterprise leadership position responsible for shaping and scaling IT training strategy across the organization. You will define the vision, standards, and governance for all learning programs related to enterprise systems and technology platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in training and development, including leadership of enterprise training teams
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• CTDP or equivalent certification is an asset
• Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and training methodologies
• Proven experience designing and delivering training for enterprise IT systems and applications
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach practitioners, and build training capability across an organization
• Experience developing learning content, training materials, and LMS-based solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into practical learning solutions
