Healthmerch is looking for a Senior Creative Director to elevate their creative standard across all visuals and mentor a small production team. The role involves combining design and illustration skills to bring cohesion, polish, and authority to the brand, while partnering with Marketing to create email, landing page, and campaign visuals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional graphic design experience
- 2+ years leading or mentoring designers
- Strong portfolio showing campaign work, branding, and print production
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Experience preparing vendor-ready, production-accurate files
- Strong typography and layout fundamentals
- Experience building templates and brand systems that scale
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows without sacrificing quality
- Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing
- Experience working with remote teams or across time zones
