Employer Success Manager for UA Talents

We are looking for an Employer Success Manager who can work with our inbound employer requests and convert them to get successfully launched on our platform. UAtalents is a platform that helps Ukrainians displaced due to the war find job opportunities with European and companies worldwide.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
• EU/US markets traction is a must
• 1+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles
• Knowledge of email/linkedin outreach techniques and tools
• Experience within Tech products
• Traction in DACH region
• Any knowledge of German
