Product Growth Marketing Manager for UA Talents

We are looking for a Product Growth/Marketing Manager to help grow our talent base from 25K to 250K candidates. The role involves designing and running experiments to try new acquisition channels and optimize current flows to optimize conversions. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2C Growth Marketing in digital products
• Proven experience to scale products from k to kkk users
• Ability to work independently in small dynamic teams
• Analytical mindset and experience working with data
• Experience working with community outreach & partisan marketing channels
• Experience in job markets and acquiring candidates
