Salon Manager

The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of salon operations, including ensuring exceptional guest service, marketing, and team management. They must lead, coach, and develop the team while maintaining salon schedules and managing expenses. The role involves a positive customer experience and brand growth.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license, including manager license.
• Experience with guest service and quality services.
• Team player with strong leadership qualities.
• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and occasional overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to operate salon equipment such as hair dryers, curling irons, hair coloring brushes, and hot tools.
