Responsible for performing complex maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment in a food manufacturing plant, troubleshooting electrical controls, operating programmable logic controllers, and maintaining a clean and well-organized work area.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in electrical and/or mechanical field or equivalent trade knowledge
- 4+ years maintenance experience in similar environment
- Must pass Ramsey PLC Basics Test
- Ability to work with computer work station used to program and debug process control systems
- Proven proficiency working with basic tool room equipment, hydraulic systems, programmable logic controllers and ladder logic
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals and sketches
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
