Senior Contracts Administrator

The Senior Contracts Administrator will plan and manage the end-to-end commercial delivery of major subcontracts and self-performed works on the Princess Alexandra Hospital Project, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and direct reports to achieve strong commercial outcomes in a live healthcare environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce or a related discipline
• 5 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor within the construction or engineering sector
• Postgraduate qualifications such as a Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Construction, Commercial, Quantity Surveying, Law, Accounting or Business
