Sub Agent - Civils

Role Overview

The Sub Agent will be based on our £50m+ Dawson's Corner Civils project, managing the overall day to day supervision of the construction site, monitoring the preparation of the site prior to project launch and overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the site throughout the construction phase.

What You Will Do

Participates in compiling the initial programme, plans and oversees the site setup, manages the relationship with sub-contractors, ensures HSEQS protocols are adhered to, maintains quality control procedures, and monitors onsite energy and waste data.

Requirements

• Strong People Management experience

• Trade or Technical background
• IOSH or equivalent H&S management training
• Temporary Works & Excavation Safety
• Permitting requirements for live energy works
• Working at Heights & Scaffolding
• Lifting & Cranage operations
• Other HSEQS training as per site HSE plan
• New technology in Construction systems
• Understanding of the BIM strategy
