Building Automation Controls Designer

Role Overview

Responsible for hardware designs and software programming for HVAC control systems. Provides detailed information and submittals to communicate design and operation to customers, consultants, and subcontractors.

What You Will Do

Selects hardware designs, performs software programming, coordinates drawings and equipment schedules, selects and tracks materials, and assists in loading and commissioning of system and network-level controllers.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience with installing and/or commissioning Johnson controls Metasys systems
• Working knowledge and experience using Metasys Tools: RAC schedule, CCT, SCT, Visio
• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Demonstrated technical aptitude
• Demonstrated advanced computer skills
