Controls Service Technician

Requirements

• Preventive maintenance, repair, installation, and commissioning of systems
• Troubleshooting complex control systems malfunctions
• Providing technical recommendations for sales leads
• Managing assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction
• Reporting problems or changes to management immediately
• Interfacing with branch manager, service manager, service project manager or subcontractors on projects
• Communicating with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Meeting regularly with customers to become familiar with operating problems
