Our modern production facility, specializing in the production of pressure vessels, is seeking an experienced Operations/Production Manager. A leader will be responsible for overseeing daily production processes, process development, and team management in an environment based on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education and experience: university degree in technical or economic field
- 5+ years of relevant operational leadership experience in production, manufacturing, or CI
- Lean and process-oriented mindset: strong knowledge and practical experience in Lean, Kaizen, VSM, and standard work areas
- Problem-solving and decision-making: apply structured methodologies (root cause analysis, PDCA, A3) to identify and solve problems
- Daily management and visual coordination: track daily KPIs, use visual dashboards, and respond quickly to irregularities
- Data and analytical skills: good Excel and data management skills, knowledge of ERP/BI systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NAV, Power BI); data-driven decision-making
- Communication and leadership: effective team and stakeholder management; clear communication in English or Hungarian
- Quality: continuous compliance with internal and external regulations
