Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to pass required weld tests
• Proficiency in pipe fitting, structural welding, blueprint reading, and fabrication equipment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of shop mathematics, welding codes, and specifications
• Certified in required code welding qualifications
