On-Call Children's Case Manager Assistant (Support Provider II)

Johnson County Mental Health is looking for a Case Manager Assistant to provide support to children, ages 3-18, with severe emotional disabilities. The ideal candidate will work one-on-one with youth and families to provide services, facilitate groups, and develop independent living skills.

Requirements

• Works one-on-one with the youth and family to provide the services needed to resolve issues and stabilize behavior
• Facilitates Psychosocial Groups on a variety of topics
• Provides crisis interventions as necessary
• Transports individuals receiving services to appointments and activities
