Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for consolidating product requirements, creating a product roadmap, and leading project teams to realize the roadmap. The role involves working closely with customers, product engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and consistent pricing decisions globally.
Requirements
- Consolidate product requirements
- Create product roadmap in consultation with product engineer team
- Present product roadmap at annual Strategic Planning Review
- Lead project teams to realize the roadmap
- Review with customers regularly
- Get customer specific application requirements through KAM or PLM
- Monitor BOM ratio and operating profit
- Negotiate with customers using KAMs
- Monitor and make consistent pricing decisions around the world
