Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related technical field
- 5–10+ years of hands-on experience in automated assembly process development
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Technical expertise in PLCs and programmable logic, robotics and vision systems, automated handling systems, and electro-mechanical systems
- Proficiency with FMEA and GD&T
- Strong understanding of automotive quality systems and requirements (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict-management, and problem-solving skills
