
Job description
Join our team as a Coining Setter at Johnson Electric, supporting production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing tooling and press performance. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Inspect tooling and adaptors, troubleshoot machine and part defects, replace and adjust tooling components, operate and safely adjust presses, perform SPC checks, density checks, and quality inspections, and more.
We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of SPC and quality control processes, experience working with presses and secondary equipment, and basic math and technical problem-solving skills. Bonus points if you have experience as a sizing/coining press operator or post-secondary education in a related technical field.
