Job Description
Jordan Valley Community Health Center (JVCHC) is seeking a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a physician in providing comprehensive healthcare services. The role involves administrative and clinical duties, including appointment scheduling, medical record maintenance, and medication administration. The clinic focuses on improving health outcomes in underserved communities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years relevant clinical experience or current valid medical assistant credentials.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 90 days of employment.
- Graduation from a medical assistant program preferred.
- Current LPN license required.
- Ability to obtain a Medical Assistant certification or LPN license within 90 days of employment.
