Job Description
José Andrés Group is seeking skilled Prep Cooks to join their team, helping to bring their renowned Chef José Andrés stories to life. The role involves preparing and running a station during service, with a focus on menu reproduction, exceptional guest service, and continuous learning. The position requires being able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
Requirements
- Leverage knife skills, experience and technique to confidently prep and run a station during busy service.
- Seamlessly work with an energetic and positive kitchen team to prepare and reproduce menu items.
- Understand all ingredients as they pertain to each recipe and preparation of each authentic menu item.
